Operation Next offers job skills training at community colleges and vocational schools throughout the state of Florida, Iowa, Montana and Puerto Rico. Trainees have finished their programs in as little as three months, going on to land good-paying advanced manufacturing jobs.
Operation Next is sponsored by LIFT, a public-private partnership between government, industry and academia. LIFT is operated by the American Lightweight Materials Manufacturing Innovation Institute.
